Exams and assessment design

Assessment design task for teachers comprise the

learning outcome-oriented definition of examination modalities and formats (design)
learning process management and support (motivate and prepare)
Creation (design and implement) of competence-oriented examination questions and tasks
provision of feedback to students on the learning process (evaluate and assess)
reception of feedback on the teaching and learning process and revision (analyze) of one's own teaching and performance assessment concept based on this feedback
